TIF Instruments 7612 Non-Contact Infrared Thermometer, -76 F to 932 F.
The TIF IR Thermometers feature SoC (System-on-a-Chip) technology, which allows the complete IR design to be incorporated inside of a single chip, reducing space and creating compact, light weight units. They also feature an innovative optical lens with high accuracy measurements of a wide range of temperatures, and the laser pointer makes it easy to define the target area to be measured.
The TIF IR Thermometers are useful in a wide range of automotive applications, including: detecting overheating electrical components, connectors and wiring harness, pinpointing radiator core restrictions, temperature sensors, catalytic converters, exhaust systems, tire tread temperature, battery temperature and oil temperature.
