Premier powder paint process.
Round key lock - a hardened lock surface combined with a tubular key makes the unit harder to break into.
Keyed alike option - one key for all locks.
MDF wood top - Electron Beam Coated MDF wood top provides tough resistance to scratches.
Commercial quality class 1 steel - used throughout to enhance the appearance.
Extra heavy-duty drawer slides - Thick drawer slides have a load rating of at least 200 lbs. per pair. Two pairs of ball bearing slides are included on the 12 in. deep drawer and 4 in. deep full-width drawer.
Patented Hoop construction - Two hoops are included in the frame weldment to prevent unit racking under heavy loads and extreme usage.
Interchangeable drawers - drawer slide mounting holes are slotted in 1 in. increments to allow drawer depths of 2 in., 3 in., 4 in., 5 in., 6 in., 7 in., 8in. and even 12 in. to be interchangeable within the unit frame.
Triple layer bottom panel - bottom three layers total 0.170 in. of steel thickness (comparable to a #6 wire gauge). The stiffer beams are strategically placed on the bottom panel to support heavy loads.
Center drawer support - center wheel is added underneath the full width drawer to insure smoothness when opening/closing drawers and providing additional support for heavy loads.
Heavy duty spring load casters - glass filled nylon wheels with a center bearing sleeve accommodate heavy loads, ease mobility and resist most solvent in harsh environments.
Spot welds - from unit frame to drawers, spot welds are placed every 3 in. to 4 in. to ensure rigidity and durability.
Extra tall and deep storage compartment - boast 46,000 cu. in. capacity of storage.
Roll cabinet size: 56.3 in. W x 24.1 in. D x 43.5 in. H (with casters); net weight: 485 lbs.
