SIR Tools HO70 Honda / Acura Counter Holder Kit.
A must for the professional Honda mechanic!
Special bonus kit assembled consists of part #'s HO50 and HO60, which share the same 2.5 foot long securing bar. Needed to properly counter the rotation of the crank shaft pulley/harmonic balancer during R and R of crank bolt.
HO50 - Honda / Acura Counter Holder:
Break loose the crank shaft pulley / harmonic balancer bolt.
Designed to properly secure the pulley from rotating during R and R of crank bolt
The 50mm hex head armature slips past the tightest of spaces and slides right into the center slot on the pulley. Then slide the 2.5 foot long securing bar onto the receiving end of the armature and lock it into position with the securing bolt.
Applicable: Honda / Acura engine - 4 and 6 cylinder, '90 & newer.
HO60 - Civic Counter Holder:
Break loose the crank shaft pulley / harmonic balancer bolt.
Designed to properly counter the rotation of the crank shaft pulley / harmonic balancer during R and R of crank bolt.
The specially designed head armature slips past the tightest of spaces and slides right into the center slot on the pulley. Then slide the 2.5 foot long securing bar onto the receiving end of the armature and lock it into position with the securing bolt.
Applicable: Model - Civic, '84 & newer.
