These unique pliers were designed to enable the professional technician to reach for and remove valve stem seals that are inaccessible to standard valve stem seal pliers. The plier tips can be rotated a complete 180° around the plier handles and are of a narrow access design for even the smallest of valve stem seals found in multi valve engines.
