The mission of an A/C machine: recover and recycle refrigerant automatically, charge the vehicle’s system quickly, and provide a deep vacuum if needed. RTI machines accomplish the mission quickly, accurately, and reliably with value-added features, not nonsensical gadgetry.
All RTI machines operate using the very best steel, wheels, lights, switches, solenoids, compressors, and other high tech ultra-reliable components. The TC670V follows this tradition at a lower price. With the TC670 series, RTI has reduced the size of the cabinet and optimized the design in order to reduce costs. Every aspect of the TC670’s design and construction is geared toward providing a reliable, no frills, high value machine. Just as a car without all the options doesn’t need power windows to get from point A to B, the TC670 doesn’t need the extra options to get the job done. With the TC670 series, RTI has designed a machine with the components necessary for fast and accurate A/C service: large pressure-protected compressor, fan-cooled condenser, heated charging cylinder, rapid air purge system (no waiting), pressure switches and regulators, and other beneficial items. With a TC670, you get a whole machine, not half a machine. The TC670V (TC670 Vacuum) version features a compressor for refrigerant recovery, but also an integrated positive displacement, maintenance-free, vacuum pump for dehydration of greater than 29.5' Hg. Additionally, it includes a rear shelf, deluxe wheels, and a two year parts and labor warranty!
Recover/Recycle: Machine removes refrigerant from vehicle with RTI’s patented system that recycles it immediately upon entering the machine. Clean refrigerant is deposited in the internal charging cylinder and is ready for recharge. Machine’s compressor shuts off automatically when done, completely unattended.
Deep Vacuum: TC670V pulls deep vacuum of better than 29.5' Hg on vehicle’s system, removing air and moisture.
Charge: Machine power charges liquid refrigerant to high side of vehicle’s A/C system. Analog scale allows accurate charge.
