I was introduced to this Prep Pen while working in electronics for GE Plastics. So often as you prepare to solder older electronic items the corrosion becomes a real problem to remove. This Prep Pen is the ultimate device to remove corrosion for proper soldering. A demonstration of how it would shine an old penny led me to provide one for every technician that would have use for one. It should work just as well to remove rust from the dings in paint prior to touch-up. This is not a novelty, it is a real necessity in a technician's toolkit.
