Assenmacher Solid Valve Guide Reamer, 8mm.
Overall length 234mm, length of cutting edge 70mm.
Right hand solid cutting reamers with extra long shank. The front end of these reamers are ground to act as a pilot. The cutting edges are precision ground with a gradually increasing clearance angle to eliminate chattering and to permit easy and smooth chip formation. The reamers are provided with a hard chromium coating that reduces friction, giving improved chip flow and reduces the tendency for built-up edges.
