My first boss used to say, constantly, that it was better to do things his way than "reinvent the wheel". It's an axiom: the wheel is such a perfect, established technology that there is no way to improve it. Trying is a complete waste of time.
But what if someone did, actually, reinvent the wheel? And theirs was measurably better?
Shark Wheels are faster, they have more grip, they work better on different terrain, and they perform better in wet weather. And they're not even wheel-shaped. They're... sort of square?
There's only a few days left on David Patrick's Kickstarter campaign. Throw him a few dollars, just in case he's the guy who finally does it.
I'll buy a set for my old boss.
