Viledon Filters
Viledon R2/3 Exhaust Floor Filter, 24"x51'.

R-2/3 panels are designed by Viledon for general HVAC filtration. The welded layers combine two high quality filter medias. The prefilter layer is a high performance cover mat of synthetic fibers. The final filter layer is a progressively structured media made from synthetic fibers, thermally bonded and treated with a special tackifier. This combination provides the following characteristics:
The panels or links offer superior filtration of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems where reduced contamination of final filters, coils, ducts and room furnishings is desirable.
In addition, the R2/3 Panels are excellent pre-filters for extended surface filters.
The R-2/3 panels have a tackifier throughout the entire media, applied using a proprietary process, achieving maximum protection against damaging particles.
The R-2 series is environmentally friendly, designed to comply with most landfill regulations.
Various sizes are available for systems requiring self-supporting panels or links.
Viledon’s development team is continually creating new products to serve emerging markets and meet changing specifications.
UL 900 Class 2.
Temperature Resistance:
Continuous 212°F, Peaks 250°F.
Multiple layer media provides superior depth loading characteristics.
R-2 Panels are constructed with durable RF weld.
