Tornado’s DS Series of Floor Machines have it all when it comes to heavy-duty applications. Steel bases with rubber-type bumper guards. Epoxy painted for added protection. Triple planetary gear systems and cast aluminum Start Guard I safety handle. Both units feature our heavy-duty, dual-capacitor, 1.5 HP motor, notable for its low profile, high torque configuration that allows for excellent low-line voltage starting torque.
These 17" and 20" units each offer 175 rpm of floor cleaning speed. Brushes or pad holders are available as optional extras.
The unit can also be fitted with an optional shampoo tank for power scrubbing applications as well as carpet cleaning. From daily polishing to heavy scrubbing or stripping, the DS Series of Floor Machines from Tornado has what it takes for the cleaning and maintenance professional. These units will increase your cleaning team’s efficiency and minimize equipment downtime, all at a price that runs circles around the competition.
