Dirt, greasy grit, and grime are quickly dissolved. No. 50 is guaranteed to leave no film. Just spray and wipe clean with a clean, dry cloth. No. 50 Glass Cleaner contains no silicone or ammonia. It does contain perfume-grade alcohols, which are the best cleaning agent ingredients as they have the lowest risk of adverse interaction with other materials. The alcohol has a quick evaporation rate, which keeps it from leaving a film and adversely interacting with materials surrounding the surface to be cleaned.
