We try to ship all in-stock items within 24 hours. Orders received for in stock items after 2PM ship the next business day. We will contact all customers who will encounter any delays or back orders and try to estimate a ship time. Items drop-shipped from a manufacturer will take a minimum of 2 days processing time before items ship.

We ship via UPS ground, UPS 2nd Business Day Air, UPS Next Business Day Air, UPS 3rd Day Air Select, FedEx, USPS (International orders) and by Common Truck Carriers. We do not ship orders to a PO Box, APO and FPOs. We also reserve the right to ship with the carrier and method of our choosing.

There is a $50.00 surcharge on any equipment items that require common freightline truck shipping (over 75 lbs. and non-UPSable) to a residential address.
Please note on all LTL Truck (Common Freight) shipments. Before receiving any order, please check merchandise thoroughly for any damage or shortages. DO NOT SIGN for any damaged merchandise. By signing for any damaged merchandise, you are assuming all responsibility for the damaged goods. Please refuse the order and have the carrier send it back to the originating address. If there are any shortages, they must be reported to Handsontools within 24-48 hours upon receipt of the shipment.

International orders are welcome and use the "International Checkout" button in the shopping cart. International orders for in-stock items will ship within 2-3 business days from the date of order. Please note that all customs fees, taxes and border fees are the responsibility of the receiver.

Any items that are advertised as free shipping will ship with either UPS ground or Truck freight.

We ship Monday through Friday except on Holidays. Any in-stock items ordered on Friday after 12PM Mountain time will ship on the following Monday.
Please note that any orders placed on a Friday before 12PM Mountain time requesting Next Business Day Air shipping will not be delivered until the following Monday.

We support all manufacturers' warranties on their products. Warranty claims are handle directly through the manufacturer. Handsontools is not responsible for any manufacturer warranty claims or repair claims.

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of item and item must have an accompanying Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number to be accepted. You may request an Authorization Number by contacting a Handsontools representative at 1-866-943-7524 or email at toolhelper@handsontools.com Special order items, items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Items that have been discontinued are not returnable. Any items returned must be in new, unused condition in original manufacturer's packaging. If for any reason the item appears worn or used, the return will be refused. If the item is not returned in the original manufacturer's packaging in resalable condition, a 20% restocking fee will be applied or the return may not be allowed. Credit will be issued on the returned item for the original purchase price only. Return shipping must be prepaid to the address given by the Handsontools representative. Diagnostic equipment and software-based applications are non-returnable and non-refundable.
