Kent-Moore DT-47688 Remover, Pinion Bearing
For GM / General Motors. The pinion bearing has been improved on the GMT900 trucks, and no longer has a step on the bottom to allow J-22912-B to be used alone to remove the pinion bearing. DT-47688 consists of two halves that encircle the bearing, and are used with J-22912-B and a hydraulic press to remove the bearing without damage. The bearing may need to be removed several times during shim selection.
