Kent-Moore BO-47869 Lock Cylinder Staking Tool for Pontiac.

The BO-47869 is required to properly stake the lock cylinder security plate. Attempts to assemble the lock cylinder without the use of the proper tool could result in component damage. The lock cylinder and tool are assembled and secured in a vise. The forcing screw it then rotated in order to uniformly stake the lock cylinder housing material over the lock cylinder security plate.
