18 GAUGE STEEL...bottom, top, door, and sides of cabinet are constructed of sturdy 18 gauge steel.

DOUBLE WALLED WITH
1-1/2" (38mm) AIR SPACE...puts an insulating air barrier between you and your flammables.

ALL WELDED BODY...unitized, welded construction holds squareness better and is far more rigid than popriveted cabinets; solidly built for longer life.

CONTINUOUS PIANO HINGE..heavy duty, full length hinge makes door operation smooth and easy.

DURABLE POWDER PAINT FINISH ...lead free, high gloss no drip finish not only looks terrific but provides greater impact and scuff resistance for long life. Resists solvents, acids and alkalies and minimizes the effects of corrosion and humidity.

MEETS ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS/CODES/TESTING STANDARDS ...All Justrite cabinets comply with OSHA regulations and meet NFPA Standard 30, and most have undergone rigorous testing by Factory Mutual Research and/or Underwriters Laboratories.

FAIL SAFE CLOSING MECHANISM ...ensures three-point locking system works first time, every time.

SELF-LATCHING DOORS...standard on all models; makes door closing easy with no need to pull down
handle to lock in place. User friendliness of self-latching doors encourages complete closure of doors by employees, maintaining the fire protection integrity of the cabinet.

DOUBLE KEY SET ... two keys per cabinet, matched and numbered to locks for added security.

HIGH VISIBILITY, TRI-LINGUAL LABEL ...safety warning in English, Spanish, and French minimizes miscommunication. International fire triangle provides immediate hazard notification.

WELDED, LIQUID TIGHT CONTAINMENT SUMP ...meets EPA requirements on best selling cabinets. Standard capacities: 5 gallons (19 liters) on 30 and 45 gallon (114 and 170 liter) cabinets; 8 gallons (30 liters) on 60 gallon (227 liter) cabinets. Larger sump capacity models available up to a full
25 gallons (95 liters) to meet evolving local code requirements.

SPILL CATCHER SHELVES...heavy gauge galvanized steel shelves have built-in troughs to catch incidental leaks. Ribbed for extra strength and rigidity, they have a holding capacity exceeding most
intended applications. For added safety, shelves interlock onto tabs to prevent horizontal shelf
slippage.

WELDED SHELF HANGERS ... means no flimsy brackets to lose; spaced 2-1/4" (57mm) apart for easy shelf adjustment and maximum storage of a variety of containers.

DUAL VENTS ...with built-in flash arresters of perforated steel are strategically placed on cabinet sides
at top and opposite bottom. They should be used only when local regulations require venting. Vent openings are capped and should remain closed if mechanical venting is not required.

ADJUSTABLE LEVELING FEET ... for balancing on uneven surfaces to ensure stable storage.

GROUNDING CONNECTOR ... built-in outside connector for easy grounding.

THREE POINT LOCK...Tamper-proof, spark-resistant door handle resists unauthorized entry.

2" (51mm) DOOR SILL...full 2" leakproof sill at bottom of cabinet safely contains spills.

Safety cabinets with manual closing doors permit doors to open flush with the front of the cabinet and do not close automatically. The self-latching feature on Justrite manual closing doors makes door closing easy with no need to pull down the handle to lock in place. User friendliness of self-latching doors encourages complete closure of doors by employees, maintaining the fire protection integrity of the cabinet. Doors open fully to 180 degrees.
