Use to install the swing arm in a 5-Speed rubber mount frame. When cleveblocks are replaced they need to be positioned to install in the rear of the transmission. This tool will spread the swing arm cleveblocks allowing for installation of the swing arm.

No.1707 - Use on all Big Twin 1980-2001 FL. Use on all FXR 1982-99.
