Ottotest is the next generation OBDII and near to OE-level enhanced diagnostic and reprogramming tool for Domestic and Asian import vehicles.
While other scan tools are designed around a proprietary hardware device, Ottotest software will install on a Windows PC and doesn’t need to be replaced even if you have to replace your computer. The only hardware is the Vehicle Communications Interface (VCI) that simply converts OBD language into a language your PC can understand.
